Booking & fares
- Flight Booking PolicyAn agent books the flight. You get an itemized total, approve it, pay it, and receive the ticket once the airline issues it.
- Booking and Ticketing TermsA booking is firm only once the airline has issued the ticket. The flight itself runs on the airline's own conditions of carriage.
- Service Fee PolicyThe service fee pays for the agent's work. It is ours rather than the airline's, it is inside the total, and it has its own line on every quote.
- Payment PolicyNothing is collected before you approve a quote, never more than the figure approved, and always on a third-party payment provider's secure page.
- Refund and Cancellation PolicyWho ended the trip decides the outcome. Cancel inside the federal 24-hour window and the ticket comes back clean; after that the fare rules govern.
- Changes and Rebooking PolicyA change is priced in up to three parts and submitted only after you accept that price. Nothing on your booking moves before then.
- Baggage InformationThe airline and the fare decide the baggage allowance. A quote shows what your ticket includes and links to the airline's own charges.
- Airline Relationship DisclosureThis desk reserves seats with airlines on your behalf. It does not speak for any airline and cannot act as an airline's help desk.
- Complaints Handling PolicySay what went wrong. It is logged, acknowledged, investigated and answered in writing, and nothing here limits your right to go elsewhere.

- Privacy PolicyBooking a seat takes a certain amount of information about you. This page says what, why, who else sees it, and how to have it corrected or erased.
- Data Protection / Data Rights RequestUse the form on this page to make a request about your personal information. Identity is confirmed before anything is acted on, and nothing is sold.
