The standard aimed at

The target for this website is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1. A formal audit against that standard has not yet been carried out, and this page will say so until it has.

What has been built in

  • Text and interface colors checked for readable contrast.
  • Every control reachable by keyboard, with a visible outline on whatever holds focus.
  • Headings, labels and form fields marked up for a screen reader.
  • Layouts that reflow for a phone, a tablet and a desktop, and hold together when text is enlarged.

Where it falls short

Some documents, and some third-party components such as a payment page, may not meet the standard in full. These are being found and repaired.

Booking another way

If any part of this site stands in your way, write to contact@akstextiles.com or ask an agent to call you, and the request is taken from there by hand. A request for wheelchair assistance or other help at the airport is passed to the airline, which provides it under the Air Carrier Access Act and its own procedures.

Reporting a barrier

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. You get an answer, and the fault goes on the list to be fixed.
