When money is collected
Money is asked for only after you have approved a written quote. Asking for a quote costs nothing. If the airline's price moves before the ticket is issued, the new total goes to you for approval before any different amount is taken.
Where the card details go
A third-party payment provider handles every payment. Card details are keyed into that provider's secure page and never pass through this website. The methods available are shown at the point of payment, and every amount is in USD.
What no agent will ever ask
A full card number never reaches this desk. No agent here will ask you to disclose a card number, a security code, a one-time passcode or a password, whether by telephone, email, text or chat. If someone using our name asks for any of those, refuse and report it to contact@akstextiles.com.
Checking a payment link
A payment link from this desk comes from our own email address and asks for exactly the total on the quote you approved. Check both before paying. If either looks wrong, stop and write to contact@akstextiles.com first.
A failed or duplicated charge
Charged twice, or charged for something that reported as failed? Send the transaction details. The payment will be traced with the provider and anything we did not receive, or should not have taken, is reversed.
Receipts
Each payment produces a receipt that separates the airline fare, the taxes and the government charges from our service fee, and shows any tax charged on that fee.
Refunds and card disputes
A refund returns to the original form of payment, as the Refund and Cancellation Policy explains. If a charge looks wrong, raise it with this desk first so it can be sorted quickly. Doing so takes nothing away from your right to dispute a charge with the card issuer.
